Sikhula Sonke means “growing together”. The firm was stablished to make a meaningful contribution in the social development arena. Our goal is to establish bridges of dialogue between decision makers and vulnerable groups in South Africa and beyond.

Sikhula Sonke Consulting is an initiative seeking to fill a critical gap in South Africa's consulting market. Our unique experience and know-how of intergenerational development initiatives for disadvantaged people of all ages, means we bring a fresh perspective on the challenges faced by today's societies.

We are a group of professionals with vast experience in inclusive social development and offer our clients high-quality work, driving for clear goals and positive impacts to contribute to a better, fairer and more equal society for all.

We deliver a range of services from situational analysis research to programme design, implementation, training and capacity building, campaigns and event planning; facilitating an effective interaction between key stakeholders and vulnerable groups, including Governments and Civil Society to solve problems and propose new approaches to tackling poverty and inequality.

Our mission is to help our nation’s decision makers and civil society to develop policies, programmes and projects to develop the relationships, goals and skills necessary to break the cycles of poverty, abuse and violence contributing to the most vulnerable to become an important an active member of our society.
